AWBS Branches Are Now Open!

We’re delighted to announce that all of our AWBS Building and Landscaping branches are now open to customers! In line with government guidelines regarding Covid-19, we’ve implemented safety measures at all of our branches so you can now view our wide range of building and landscaping products. And, we’re also offering our local delivery service.

Keeping you safe in branch

To keep both our staff members and customers safe, we’re limiting the number of visitors in our branches at one time, to allow for social distancing. We have various measures in place to offer peace for peace of mind for everyone. All staff have PPE, including gloves and face masks and will wear them where social distancing isn’t possible, and we’ve introduced rigorous cleaning of all areas of our business – including in-store, all buildings, vehicles and machinery. We’ve also installed Perspex screens at all of our counters.

Socially distanced home deliveries

When it comes to our deliveries, we’ll be offering a no-contact service, your delivery will be left in safe place, and you won’t need to sign anything. All of our drivers are equipped with face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser to ensure everyone’s safety if social distancing cannot be maintained.

As lockdown rules are slowly being relaxed, now is the perfect time to get your outside spaces up together. However, please be patient as we get back up and running with a slightly reduced number of staff, and as we all get used to the distancing measures needed to allow us to safely provide you with all of our services. At the moment, we’re experiencing high levels of telephone enquiries, so we encourage our customers to visit us in-store wherever possible and we’ll be happy to help. You may also experience slightly longer lead times than usual at the moment.

Our online store is closed temporarily

Due to high customer demand and short-term supply issues, while our suppliers also get back to work and up to speed, our online store will remain closed temporarily. New stocks are now arriving every day and we hope to be able to reopen our online shop to customers very soon. We will post regular updates on social media and our website.
