The AWBS composite garden products range

Over the past few years, the popularity of our composite garden products has increased hugely as people seek out low maintenance alternatives to classic wooden fencing and decking which requires lots of upkeep and will inevitably rot, fade and splinter over time.

As such, AWBS now stock an array of composite products by industry leading brands like Trex and Millboard. This includes weather and fade-resistant post and panel systems in different colours, which interlock to create sturdy fences designed to withstand the elements. We also supply durable, slip-resistant composite decking boards with a textured wood grain effect for an authentic timber finish.

Durability

Made from a tough combination of polymer, timber and stone composites, our Trex and Millboard garden products outperform their wood counterparts every time. Composite deck boards are crack resistant and splinter free. Millboard is made from high-strength and non-porous polyurethane, meaning it won’t warp in extreme conditions, while Trex boards are coated in a protectant shell for superior weather protection. In fact, both manufacturers are so sure of their products’ performance that they all come with a 15-25 year residential warranty.

Choice

At AWBS, we have a wide range of composite products in a plethora of different colours and a choice of modern and rustic styles. For example, Millboard Enhance Grain resin mineral decking in contemporary Brushed Basalt grey or Trex Enhance Naturals composite decking in warmer, more traditional Toasted Sand. Whichever style and shade you choose, you’ll benefit from a long-lasting and attractive deck, fence or façade that won’t fade in the sun.

Low-maintenance

As mentioned above, many of our customers are turning to composite materials due to their unrivalled convenience and durability. Once in position, your deck with be ready to use right away and you’ll never need to sand, reseal or repaint your boards as the design is imprinted right the way through the hardwearing plastic material. In addition, the surface can be power washed as needed and the textured finish won’t wear out or depreciate in appearance over time.

Eco-friendly

While our composite products do contain polymers, they also boast a high percentage of recycled materials. Trex decking boards, in particular, consist of a 95% blend of reclaimed timber sawdust and the equivalent of around 2250 plastic bags in recycled plastic film! Plus, given how long the product lasts, you can be sure you’re making an eco-friendly investment.
